thinking, generally what first comes to mind are individual nutrients, chemical substances that can be isolated from the whole food that contains them. Nutritionists constantly tell us we require our recommended daily intake (RDI) of every vitamin and mineral -- however, with the growing lack of nutrients in soil and the food grown in it we would all be obese if we were to eat the amount of food required to consume such an amount of nutrients.  Vitamin pills may compensate for this but it is preferable to gain our nutrients from living fresh and unprocessed foods as nature intended.

The constant expansion of our technologies, without consideration for nature, is leading to the accumulation of disharmony within all those that occupy this earth. We are in a state of energy-war, where it almost seems deliberate that the technologies that monitor us, sold to us as something to convenience our lives, also harm our connection to our Source vibrations - in turn harming us.

Image result for dangers of 5gIt is necessary for us to maintain a healthy level of positivity in order to help create the reality that is beneficial for humankind and the planet that we are the custodians of. But we have to realise that there are forces in the world that would threaten our freedom to create the reality that we desire - as we respect others right to do the same. We cannot create this reality through ignorance as the evils of this world that already exist cannot be ignored out of existence. Rather, we must learn to formulate strategies to overcome not from a position of fear but from a position of love for what it is we will fight to protect. Fear is but a survival mechanism that we should only experience momentarily in response to an immediate threat, once we have acknowledged the threat we should put our energy toward WHAT WE CAN DO about that threat.

In that article I explained how it is not the sounds themselves that facilitate healing, but rather the shape of the tongue and mouth coupled with the motion of the respiratory muscles involved that initiates the detoxifying process from each organ, and that is why they were to be performed silently. You see, when we imagine a sound within our consciousness there is a subtle physiological effect as our thoughts affect our energetic bodies.

It can be a time of introspection, to refresh the mind, or it can become a tool of empowerment to help some to reach their goals. Whatever your reasons may be, it is obvious to those who do, of the many benefits that come with such a practise.
Finding a regular place and time where and when you will carry out your meditation is the key to establishing a regular practise. This will eventually become your place of power as you will come to imbue this space with your most positive energies and subconsciously form an association with the time of day (or night) in which you may choose.
